Valotax is built around the FTC Safeguards Rule and IRS Publication 4557, the same rules your office already follows.

Two-step sign-in is required for every staff account.
Each office's data is walled off inside the database itself, not only in the app.
SSNs and birth dates are encrypted and shown as ***-**-1234 unless someone with permission reveals them.
SSN reveals, file uploads and downloads, client logins and signatures are all logged, and the log can't be edited or deleted.
Uploaded files are checked for viruses before anyone at your office can download them.
Your data is stored encrypted, in the United States.
